RAPID COOLING

The main feature of "RA R" models is their rapid cooling: they are able to cool a capacity load of water from +18 to +3 degrees centigrade in 15 minutes. Thanks to their speed, these refrigerators are economical and productive: economical since they can be switched off at the end of each working cycle; productive because during each mixing phase the water for the next batch is being cooled.

COSTANT NEUTRAL TEMPERATURE

Another feature of "K" models is the maintenance of the water temperature at any present value. This is achieved thanks to an easily programmed electronic control unit, which operates the built in heater or switches on the refrigeration unit automatically; the water mixer is no longer required.
